Description

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and cold outbound outreach as sales opportunities.
  • Contact prospective customers through cold calls, emails, and text outreach.
  • Present PushPress to prospects through multi-channel engagement.
  • Identify prospect needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospective customers.
  • Proactively create new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Report sales results and opportunity details to the Sales Manager.
  • Communicate customer needs to the Account Executive and Onboarding Team.
  • Capture and maintain accurate account and opportunity data in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the fitness industry, such as gym ownership, fitness studios, or wellness businesses, is required.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the gym/fitness industry or as an SDR/BDR is recommended.
  • Comfortable reaching out to leads via phone, email, and text.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic about the fitness industry and committed to helping others.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new concepts, ideas, and approaches.
  • Competent with email, phone, Slack, Zoom, Google Calendar, and HubSpot.
  • Able to screen share, mobile screen share, and present digital solutions effectively.
  • Experience with CRM and sales automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools (preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred).
