Description

  • Develop strategies to grow the business through Distribution Partners and turn market and partner insights into concrete initiatives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and executive-facing representative for Pure Storage with Distribution Partners.
  • Build and strengthen executive sponsorship to accelerate collaboration with partners.
  • Streamline operational processes between distributors and Pure Storage, including quoting, logistics, invoicing, and demo equipment.
  • Develop and drive sales, technical, and marketing capabilities at Distribution Partners in partnership with internal teams.
  • Create and manage distributor marketing plans in partnership with the EMEA channel marketing lead.
  • Manage quarterly distribution enablement and management funds through programs and activities.
  • Work with distributors and channel leadership to grow incremental sales from key distribution-managed partners and new target partners.
  • Leverage distributor relationships to build incremental pipeline through technology alliance solutions.
  • Finalize annual business plans with distributors and lead quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Align with the Theater Distribution Lead on global priorities, strategy, and programs.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with the distributor landscape in the country or region.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to represent the company effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow business with distribution partners in related industries, products, or services.
  • Strong collaboration skills across multiple stakeholder levels, including cross-functional and non-direct-report relationships.
  • Ability to assess market growth opportunities and follow through on initiatives with persistence.
  • Ability to engage at CxO/VP level and influence without direct authority.
  • Preferred future growth path into a PAM role or people manager role.
