Description

  • Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers across the Carolinas market.
  • Identify and establish new physician partnerships to grow the referral network.
  • Expand physician networks and drive patient referrals.
  • Serve as the daily point of contact and relationship manager for key partners.
  • Develop and implement account growth strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Lead meetings with physicians to strengthen collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic insights to internal teams to improve sales and partnership efforts.
  • Track and analyze sales activities to improve performance and productivity.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
  • Adhere to sales and pricing guidelines while maintaining ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare provider sales or account management.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a high level of energy.
  • Business acumen and proficiency with technology.
  • Ability to actively listen, build trust, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Nice to have: understanding of preventive healthcare and MRI technology.
  • Nice to have: bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
