Description

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients and translate business problems into ML solutions.
  • Design end-to-end ML architectures, technical proposals, and demonstrations for client engagements.
  • Estimate project scope, timelines, costs, and resource requirements to support pre-sales efforts.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and manage technical stakeholder expectations.
  • Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Architect agentic AI solutions using LLMs, tool orchestration, and MCP integration strategies.
  • Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions for agentic components and recommend appropriate frameworks and approaches.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project handoff and provide technical guidance during execution.
  • Develop reusable solution patterns, reference architectures, and internal toolkit documentation.
  • Mentor engineers and share best practices across the ML practice.

Requirements

  • Experience architecting end-to-end ML systems and production-grade ML architectures.
  • Deep understanding of the full ML lifecycle from data to deployment.
  • Ability to assess technical trade-offs, solution feasibility, and business fit quickly.
  • Hands-on experience with agentic AI design patterns, state management, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Practical experience with Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, and Anthropic's tool ecosystem.
  • Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture and client integration design.
  • Practical knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain agents, and multi-agent orchestration patterns.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code for rapid prototyping.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS ML and data services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, and ECS.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Bedrock agents, knowledge bases, and model hosting options.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, databases, data lakes, vector databases, and data warehouses.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices, including monitoring, evaluation, and cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud environments, including Azure and GCP, for comparative discussions.
  • AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect Professional or ML Specialty are preferred.
  • Experience in industries such as Finance, Healthcare, or Retail is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices is preferred.
  • Experience with edge ML and IoT deployments is preferred.
  • Published thought leadership such as blogs, talks, or whitepapers is preferred.
  • Contributions to open-source agent frameworks or MCP servers are preferred.
