Description

  • Serve as the technical expert for Zero Trust Architecture in cloud environments, with focus on AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Act as the primary technical lead and strategic advisor for customers in the Commercial segment.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and field teams to support regional go-to-market strategy and internal enablement.
  • Lead customer conversations on Zero Trust security trends, deployment strategies, and business outcomes.
  • Run customer Proof-of-Value engagements in partnership with Sales Engineers.
  • Provide competitive insights and position Zscaler solutions against alternative offerings.
  • Gather real-world customer feedback and communicate it to Product Management to influence the product roadmap.
  • Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels, from practitioners to executives.
  • Support secure workloads and traffic across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Drive customer-facing and internal enablement for Zero Trust Cloud use cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent certifications/experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, systems engineering, or enterprise security architecture.
  • Hands-on expertise in security, networking, and applications.
  • Practical experience with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for audiences ranging from practitioners to executives.
  • Familiarity with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Private Access (ZPA), or similar SSE/SASE/cloud security solutions (preferred).
  • Experience delivering cloud-based solutions within Zero Trust frameworks (preferred).
  • Expertise in modern networking (SD-WAN) and cloud connectivity strategies (preferred).
  • Remote role based in the East region of the US.
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, high-urgency environment with a strong bias for action.

  • Base salary range of $170,625 to $243,250 USD.
