Description

  • Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, event follow-up, and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Research prospective organizations to understand their needs, structure, and fit for Prosci’s solutions.
  • Engage prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to build relationships and set qualified meetings.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, and the Sr. Director of Business Development to align territory strategy and maintain pipeline coverage.
  • Maintain accurate and timely prospecting and qualification activity records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support lead-generation campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity, pipeline, and opportunity-creation targets.
  • Represent Prosci professionally, with enthusiasm and a client-first mindset, in all prospect interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in B2B business development, inside sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Preferred experience in professional services, training, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
  • A growth mindset, resilience, and eagerness to learn.
  • Knowledge of or exposure to MEDDPICC sales methodology is a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel 10% for team meetings, conferences, and company events.
  • Must be based in the US for this remote role.

Benefits

  • Projected OTE of $95,000 USD with a 65/35 split.
  • Base salary of $61,750, plus variable commissions of $30,780 and a variable performance bonus of $2,470.
