Description

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across content, email, paid search, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to target accounts, build integrated programs, and drive high-quality MQLs and SQLs.
  • Support account-based marketing initiatives and related campaign planning.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, ads, emails, and other digital marketing assets.
  • Support content atomization efforts by repurposing content into shorter, more engaging formats for social, paid media, and the company website.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create campaign materials such as imagery, email assets, landing pages, and banners.
  • Manage and maintain templates for email marketing, landing pages, forms, and related assets, ensuring best practices and mobile responsiveness.
  • Deliver marketing analytics and reporting to improve campaign performance, demonstrate ROI, and guide growth strategy.
  • Optimize CRM and marketing tech stack health, working with IT to troubleshoot issues and implement upgrades.
  • Implement reporting frameworks that surface actionable leads for Inside Sales and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years in biotech, life sciences, lead generation, or account-based marketing.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience working in a matrix environment and leading marketing projects.
  • Experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, or AdRoll.
  • Hands-on intermediate to advanced experience with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdRoll, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and RollWorks, or similar lead generation platforms.
  • Experience supporting multi-channel campaign planning and execution across paid and organic digital channels.
  • Experience working with CRM and ABM tools, including Salesforce and HubSpot, is preferred.
  • Remote work eligibility in Hungary, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.
