Description

  • Design and implement an integrated growth marketing strategy that aligns marketing, sales, CRM, data, and AI around qualified pipeline generation.
  • Activate and execute the Americas growth plan across key verticals and target customer profiles.
  • Use strategic partnerships and events to convert high-value prospects into pipeline opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and client teams to align goals, share insights, and eliminate silos.
  • Nurture prospective clients and partners through content, events, and personal outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Leverage Salesforce, Pardot, and InfiniGrow to measure performance, optimize spend, and connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
  • Drive scrappy demand generation through thought leadership, targeted campaigns, smart automation, and ABM with limited paid spend.
  • Monitor forecasting, attribution, and pipeline analytics to test, learn, and pivot quickly based on results.
  • Work across Sales, Growth, Partnerships, Brand, and RevOps, and manage agencies or contractors to support a cohesive go-to-market plan.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in growth, demand, or performance marketing in B2B, ideally in tech, SaaS, digital, or consulting.
  • Experience owning pipeline and/or revenue outcomes, not just MQL volume.
  • Proven ability to turn strategy into execution through integrated programs spanning campaigns, CRM, content, partners, and sales.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot for CRM and marketing automation.
  • Experience with InfiniGrow or a similar tool for planning and measuring revenue impact.
  • Strong understanding of paid media and ABM, especially LinkedIn and targeted syndication.
  • Deep experience with pipeline analytics, forecasting, and attribution.
  • Practical experience using AI in research, targeting, personalization, creative variations, and outreach workflows.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Growth, Partnerships, Brand, and RevOps, and managing agencies or contractors.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments, build structure independently, communicate clearly, and drive follow-through.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to complete E-Verify requirements.
  • Preferred: experience in tech, SaaS, digital, or consulting environments.
