Description

  • Own the end-to-end demand strategy for assigned sales segments, from planning through execution to pipeline impact.
  • Drive performance against core demand KPIs, including target account engagement, intent progression, and pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to optimize integrated campaigns for pipeline influence.
  • Partner closely with sales to analyze account engagement, follow-up quality, and conversion trends.
  • Translate field and campaign insights into actionable marketing recommendations and program improvements.
  • Optimize channels and campaigns across paid media, SEO/AEO programs, and events based on performance data.
  • Establish and run a structured testing agenda, learn from results, and share insights to inform future decisions.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting in partnership with marketing operations.
  • Monitor and report on segment and campaign performance regularly to improve engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Proven experience owning or influencing pipeline metrics, not just campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect campaign performance to funnel and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams and incorporating field feedback into marketing decisions.
  • Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing influences deal progression and revenue outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, or financial services preferred.
  • Experience with GTM automation and AI marketing technologies preferred.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building programs from scratch without fully defined playbooks.

  • Base salary range of $140,600-$175,700 for National, $152,200-$190,200 for Premium, or $165,400-$206,700 for Premium Plus, depending on location.
