Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client projects and manage daily client communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to share status updates, align on priorities, and keep work moving effectively.
  • Support new business initiatives and identify organic growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate pitch presentations and request for proposals.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and roadblocks in collaboration with Project Management.
  • Participate in content planning meetings with key subject matter experts.
  • Prepare client contact reports and summarize next steps after client interactions.
  • Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure promotional materials meet compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to client proposals, budgets, reconciliations, and forecast reporting.
  • Monitor budgets, including direct and labor costs, and flag out-of-scope items and hours.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of combined experience in accounts and project management within a pharmaceutical agency.
  • Experience with direct client contact.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 5%.
  • Proven teamwork skills and flexibility.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical communications is preferred.
  • Experience with the MLR (medical-legal-regulatory) review process is preferred.
  • Experience writing SOWs and project briefs is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with online submission systems such as Zinc or Veeva is preferred.
  • Pharmaceutical drug launch experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising is preferred.

  • Salary range of $67,000 to $93,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
