Description

  • Build and manage broker and General Agent relationships across the assigned geographic market to support growth goals.
  • Develop and execute broker strategy by equipping brokers with the information and tools needed to sell the product effectively.
  • Identify and cultivate distribution partners and build long-term relationships with them.
  • Train brokers and General Agent partners on the product.
  • Represent the product at local broker and community events, including some evening and weekend events.
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities and share learnings with the broader sales team.
  • Partner with internal teams to build and improve tools and processes that make the product easier to work with in the market.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering strong service to distribution partners.
  • Provide local competitive intelligence and market research.
  • Act as the voice of brokers and consumers within the product organization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare industry outside sales.
  • 3+ years of experience presenting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be a licensed insurance professional.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred).
  • Must reside in South Carolina.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Willingness to attend occasional evening and weekend events as needed.
  • Final compensation is determined by relevant skills, education, and experience.

  • Base salary of $96,876.00 to $127,149.75 per year.
