Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value existing accounts as the primary customer contact.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive renewals and reduce churn.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase net revenue retention.
  • Partner with Customer teams to support onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing engagement.
  • Develop and execute customized account plans aligned with customer goals and company growth objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by proactively identifying customer issues and recommending solutions.
  • Monitor account health and usage using data and analytics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Report on account performance and forecast renewal and expansion revenue.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by relaying product feedback to product and development teams.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in Gatekeeper’s products and the Vendor & Contract Lifecycle Management domain.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing account management, sales, or customer success role within mid-market or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience focused on retention, expansion, and account growth.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in enterprise organizations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying revenue growth opportunities and achieving upsell and cross-sell targets.
  • Comfortable using data and insights to inform account growth and retention strategies.
  • Ability to create and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer goals and company offerings.
  • Proactive use of AI to uncover insights and automate workflows, improving quality and speed with measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed.
