Description

  • Partner with Commercial leadership to shape organizational design, team structure, and talent strategy aligned to business goals.
  • Coach and challenge leaders with direct feedback on performance, decision making, team effectiveness, and accountability.
  • Own key talent decisions including hiring, promotions, exits, and succession planning.
  • Support the employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding through performance management and development.
  • Lead performance and feedback processes with rigor and candor to ensure differentiation and accountability.
  • Diagnose organizational friction such as team dynamics, role clarity, and decision-making gaps, then implement practical solutions.
  • Stay connected to frontline Field teams to identify where leadership or structure needs to evolve.
  • Build and scale operating rhythms such as OKRs, talent reviews, and engagement touchpoints to improve execution and alignment.
  • Partner with Recruiting, Total Rewards, and People Operations to deliver a cohesive employee experience.
  • Operate independently in a hands-on role and drive outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of People (HR) business partnering or talent leadership experience supporting commercial or go-to-market teams in biotech/pharma.
  • Direct exposure to pre-launch and launch-stage commercial builds.
  • Experience supporting teams through scale, launch, or significant transformation.
  • Experience with organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and leadership coaching in dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders while also executing independently.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of field force performance, launch execution, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into org and talent decisions.
  • High judgment and ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion and clarity.
  • Comfort with regular use of a computer and office equipment, clear communication, and occasional movement; reasonable accommodations may be made.
  • Remote role with flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
