Description

  • Architect and continuously improve the end-to-end People Ops and TA operational stack using AI agents and agentic workflows.
  • Design and deploy AI agents to handle onboarding orchestration, compliance documentation, offer letter generation, interview scheduling, and tier-1 employee inquiries.
  • Monitor multi-country HR compliance across six operating regions and build automated checks to flag risk and regulatory changes.
  • Build real-time People and TA dashboards, hiring funnel insights, and operational health metrics for leadership.
  • Run the HRIS, ATS, and broader People tech stack as an integrated, AI-augmented system and evaluate new tools for agent-readiness.
  • Support TA through pipeline forecasting, recruiting data integrity, and funnel reporting.
  • Own benefits administration and vendor management for the US entity, including open enrollment and eligibility tracking.
  • Improve employee experience by anticipating friction points and deploying automation to resolve them before they become tickets.
  • Develop process documentation and knowledge management so workflows are both human-readable and agent-executable.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, and Legal on headcount planning, access provisioning, and contract and policy management.
  • Coach the People team on AI fluency, agent design, and operational automation.
  • Own AI governance for the People function to ensure ethical, compliant use of sensitive employee and candidate data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HR Ops, with at least some leadership or team lead experience.
  • Prior SaaS or high-growth tech experience is essential.
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining AI agents or agentic workflows that perform real operational work.
  • Strong technical comfort with APIs, integrations, automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n, and prompt engineering.
  • Multi-country HR Ops experience strongly preferred, ideally across the US, UK, Australia/NZ, Canada, and the Philippines.
  • Proven ability to redesign operational processes from the ground up with a bias toward automation over headcount.
  • Working knowledge of US benefits administration, including open enrollment, carrier management, and ACA/ERISA basics.
  • Working knowledge of multi-jurisdiction HR compliance and judgment on when AI can own a task versus when a human must.
  • Data fluency with the ability to build dashboards and interpret funnel metrics.
  • Systems-thinking mindset that can connect People Ops, TA, and Benefits into one operating model.
  • Player-coach mindset with the ability to operate independently and grow into broader ownership as the company scales.
  • Unquestioned integrity, high EQ, and discretion with sensitive employee and candidate data.
  • Genuine excitement about AI’s role in the People function and a clear point of view on AI-native HR operations.
