Description

  • Partner closely with APJ leaders and managers to improve organizational effectiveness, team health, and performance.
  • Advise leaders on team design, performance management, and talent development decisions.
  • Support complex employee situations and changing organizational needs as a trusted HR partner.
  • Serve as the regional point of contact for employment practices and compliance across APJ.
  • Partner with Legal and external advisors to align practices with local employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and adapt global people programs and policies to local APJ requirements where needed.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory requirements across APJ markets and advise leadership on potential impacts.
  • Own key People Operations processes across APJ and ensure regional execution aligns with global standards.
  • Lead regional execution of performance cycles, compensation processes, and talent initiatives.
  • Act as the bridge between APJ and the global People organization, sharing regional insights into company-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in HR Business Partnering or regional HR leadership, ideally across APJ.
  • Strong working knowledge of APJ employment practices and compliance considerations.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Experience working in global, distributed organizations.
  • Strong relationship-building and influence skills across cultures and geographies.
  • A pragmatic, adaptable approach with comfort stepping into high-impact work across multiple People functions.
  • Experience building structure and process in regions where operations are still evolving.
