Description

  • Own a portfolio of 4–6 consumer services accounts and serve as the senior client contact.
  • Diagnose growth constraints across business, audience, product, messaging, channels, and measurement through quarterly Power Circuit reviews.
  • Work with client sales and operations teams to define what makes a high-quality lead and translate that into targeting and creative strategy.
  • Coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local, and creative teams around a unified account strategy.
  • Advise clients on geographic expansion and local market prioritization.
  • Manage client retention, renewals, expansion, and net MRR growth.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across client stakeholders to reduce account risk.
  • Ensure consistent use of Iris, nova, Pulse, and Power Circuit across managed accounts.
  • Coach analysts and specialists and provide direct feedback.
  • Employ AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in lead generation or consumer services marketing, either agency-side or in-house.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Strong understanding of lead funnel economics, including CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, cost per acquisition, and LTV by lead source.
  • Experience aligning marketing strategy with client sales teams that close leads.
  • Comfort working with paid search-heavy media mixes and local campaign structures.
  • Familiarity with local SEO, Google Business Profile (GMB), and review strategy.
  • Experience shifting client focus from lead volume to lead quality.
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
  • Experience in home services, education, financial services, hospitality, insurance, or similar lead-gen-driven businesses is preferred.
  • Annual Power Circuit Certification is required.
