Description

  • Own a portfolio of 20+ active client accounts across the US, including startups, founder-led businesses, and growth-stage companies.
  • Run monthly client syncs, including setting agendas, leading calls, capturing action items, and following through on next steps.
  • Monitor account health proactively and identify risk signals before they become churn.
  • Recognize expansion opportunities and initiate conversations when clients are ready to grow.
  • Serve as the client’s point of accountability for active placements and coordinate closely with the recruiting team.
  • Maintain accurate account records, notes, and next steps with strong data hygiene.
  • Escalate issues early when needed and determine the best path forward for both the client and Hireframe.
  • Manage client retention, satisfaction, and growth across the assigned portfolio.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or another client-facing role with end-to-end ownership of client relationships.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment with founders, lean teams, and rapidly changing processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working with US-based clients.
  • Availability to work during US business hours and align with client schedules.
  • Highly coachable and growth-oriented, with openness to feedback and quick implementation of improvements.
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset with ability to track performance and own retention and expansion metrics.
  • Demonstrated proactive communication skills, including providing updates and addressing issues before being prompted.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for managing a high volume of clients without sacrificing quality or detail.
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or professional services is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to US-based startup culture and expectations is preferred.
  • Experience managing or coordinating offshore teams is preferred.
