Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Assist with account coordination, including setting up new accounts, managing renewals, and keeping client information current.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client issues to maintain a positive client experience.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to meet client needs.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and provide the resources and information they need to get started.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to help improve services and the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to understand and meet client needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members.
  • Problem-solving ability to address and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in customer service, sales, or account management are beneficial but not required.

Benefits
