Description

  • Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for B2B clients.
  • Manage day-to-day email channel operations, including calendar planning, content, campaign builds, deployment, testing, measurement, and reporting.
  • Build and manage automated email marketing programs with end-to-end tracking and proper measurement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure email brand guidelines are followed.
  • Report on lifecycle program performance and provide monthly recommendations to clients.
  • Use data to continuously test, measure, and optimize email marketing programs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal digital channel teams.
  • Employ AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
  • Use Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the role.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing practices and the ability to draw conclusions from data and act on them.
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, or similar tools.
  • SMS experience preferred.
  • Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy, and design approaches.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
  • Strong communication, rapport-building, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate difficult conversations.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
