Description

  • Audit the current state of Customer.io, including data, segments, journeys, naming, and overall structure.
  • Design and document the CRM architecture, including the data model, event taxonomy, and segmentation logic.
  • Build and optimize journeys and automations for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Manage and improve the integration between Customer.io and the sales CRM, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across the full data chain.
  • Collaborate with Tech to implement product events and integrations.
  • Work with Marketing and Customer Success to translate business needs into CRM logic.
  • Propose, measure, and improve deliverability, engagement, conversion, and retention.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience working with CRM or marketing automation tools.
  • Proven experience with Customer.io or similar platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo.
  • Strong understanding of data models, events, and user attributes.
  • Experience integrating marketing tools with sales CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or others.
  • Ability to work with technical teams, including reading documentation, understanding APIs, and participating in data discussions.
  • Strong prioritization skills and judgment to determine what to organize first and why.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to align with multiple stakeholders.
