Description

  • Support the Enterprise Account Management team with assigned projects and portfolio operations for hotel groups across the globe.
  • Oversee onboarding and day-to-day operations for an evolving portfolio of hotel group partners.
  • Lead project management efforts that require coordination with hotel group headquarters, regional stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Design and execute onboarding and rollout plans for hotel groups.
  • Support portfolio-level supply optimization and platform education initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with hotel group stakeholders within the assigned portfolio.
  • Create and maintain detailed tracking mechanisms for assigned projects.
  • Communicate with stakeholders by phone, email, and Zoom to move projects forward and resolve needs.
  • Serve as a front desk contact for HotelTonight and Airbnb hotel group partners, triaging requests and issues appropriately.
  • Provide timely, efficient partner service while helping optimize workflows and scaled partner-management strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing, cross-functional regional or global commercial teams.
  • 2+ years of hospitality or travel industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in both English and the local language required for the specific location or country.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing project work with many inputs and moving parts.
  • Proven stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work effectively at scale with partners to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, projects, and deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a resourceful, get-it-done attitude.
  • Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy.

Benefits

  • Annual base pay range of £60,000 to £70,000 GBP.
  • Role may be eligible for bonus compensation.
