Description

  • Own and build the Bay Area territory while living in territory.
  • Prospect daily through calls, email, in-person visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Run high-energy product demos that clearly communicate return on investment.
  • Create urgency and close deals within short sales cycles.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Bay Area restaurant landscape.
  • Build recognition and relationships within the restaurant community.
  • Partner with the regional team to refine messaging, share best practices, and shape market strategy.
  • Sell with integrity by avoiding overpromising, heavy discounting, and poor-fit deals.

Requirements

  • Must live in the Bay Area territory.
  • Proven hunter with strong outbound sales success.
  • Experience selling to SMB decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working in sales cycles under 30 days.
  • Competitive, resilient, and motivated in high-activity, high-volume environments.
  • Skilled in prospecting, lead generation, and closing.
  • Confident delivering product demos and articulating long-term ROI.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Relationship-driven and comfortable in the hospitality industry.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout the territory multiple times a week.
  • Restaurant experience or SaaS experience in restaurant tech is a plus.

Benefits

  • OTE of $140,000 with a base salary of $80,000 to $85,000.
