Description

  • Lead milestone, celebration, and periodic check-in calls with current and former clients.
  • Identify client needs and route them to appropriate internal teams or trusted referral partners.
  • Manage the client referral initiative, including outreach, follow-up, and tracking.
  • Own relationship management for the Team 100 attorney and professional referral network.
  • Conduct introduction calls and ongoing relationship-building conversations with referral partners.
  • Record inbound and outbound referrals, outcomes, and follow-up needs in the CRM.
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly partner newsletters.
  • Build dashboards tracking referral activity, partner engagement, and trends.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on referral performance and partner engagement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients, professionals, or partner networks.
  • Warm, confident communication skills and comfort making outbound calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to use or learn CRM systems; HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
  • Experience in immigration services, legal services, client success, or partnership management preferred.
  • Familiarity with referral ecosystems or professional networking preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse, multicultural communities preferred.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, preferred.

  • Monthly gross salary of USD 1,900–2,200, based on experience and qualifications.
