Description

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Appointment Setting Specialists to hit conversion targets.
  • Own core team metrics including consultations booked per week, lead-to-consultation conversion, and speed to lead.
  • Conduct performance reviews, live call coaching, and ongoing skills development sessions.
  • Monitor CRM activity, pipeline hygiene, and calendar coverage to ensure accurate operations and firm standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
  • Develop and refine scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and outreach processes to improve conversion rates.
  • Personally engage and convert high-priority or escalated leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Qualify prospects quickly and guide them toward booking and paying for consultations with empathy and precision.
  • Use AI tools and ManyChat to improve workflow, automate follow-up, and manage conversational intake across channels.
  • Analyze team metrics, run QA reviews and scorecards, and provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and handoff efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in appointment setting, inbound lead qualification, or inside sales in a consumer-facing B2C industry.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership, trainer, supervisor, or team lead role with a proven record of improving team performance.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong rapport-building, persuasive communication, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience working with a CRM, with HubSpot preferred, and managing high-volume lead flow.
  • Demonstrated professional use of AI tools for communication, workflow automation, or performance improvement.
  • Highly organized, driven, and disciplined, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes and high expectations.
  • Experience with HubSpot workflows, sequences, and pipeline management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI-based call coaching or conversation intelligence tools such as Gong or Chorus is preferred.
  • Experience with ManyChat or similar conversational marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Experience designing or managing automated communication sequences is preferred.
  • Background in legal, healthcare, or other high-stakes, high-empathy sales environments is preferred.

  • Monthly gross salary of USD 2,200–2,400, based on experience and qualifications.
