Description

  • Build quarterly field marketing plans that align sales and marketing priorities to support regional pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute demand generation programs, including third-party and company-hosted events, in-person and virtual experiences, regional campaigns, roadshows, and direct mail.
  • Forecast and measure the impact of marketing plans on sales cycles and optimize programs based on results.
  • Own the planning and execution of programs that engage key accounts in the region.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for regional sales leaders, sales reps, BDRs, and partners.
  • Support sales leadership in understanding field marketing programs and gaining buy-in for participation.
  • Analyze program performance using data and metrics to inform strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing or demand generation.
  • Proven experience working with field teams and building regional plans.
  • Deep experience planning and executing a variety of field events.
  • Experience developing event strategies tailored to targeted accounts and regional dynamics.
  • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program effectiveness using data and metrics.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to align and motivate teams.
  • Must be able to travel 20-25% each quarter for events.
  • Located in the New York region (preferred/target location).
