Description

  • Drive revenue performance and sales execution through direct customer interactions and team coaching.
  • Lead and manage service advisors and technicians to maintain performance, accountability, and productivity.
  • Monitor sales performance and margin management to balance growth with cost control and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and termination decisions as needed.
  • Improve operational efficiency and customer throughput by aligning workflows, staffing, and productivity.
  • Engage directly with customers to build trust, resolve concerns, and deliver a strong service experience.
  • Use operational metrics and performance data to improve team productivity, sales execution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage technology and operational systems to track performance, monitor key metrics, and maintain consistency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading teams in a customer-facing environment with responsibility for performance and accountability.
  • Strong sales leadership experience, including coaching teams to improve revenue, conversion rates, or customer spend.
  • Experience managing employee performance, including hiring, coaching, corrective action, and terminations.
  • Operational decision-making skills with experience improving efficiency, productivity, or service throughput.
  • Strong customer communication skills and the ability to build trust, resolve concerns, and recommend solutions confidently.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while balancing leadership, operations, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new technology platforms for operations and performance management.
  • Prior automotive experience is not required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk most of the workday, and work with tools overhead and in tight spaces.
  • Ability to use hand tools efficiently and drive manual transmission vehicles.

Benefits

  • $70,000 - $90,000 base salary.
  • $15,000 - $20,000 annual bonus paid monthly.
  • Up to 4% gross profit share.
