Description

  • Manage and provide world-class partnerships to clients while ensuring they maximize the use and value of PointClickCare’s solutions.
  • Own and deliver joint customer success plans that build, grow, and expand client relationships across all levels.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to customer executive leadership and internal account teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance and a clear path to value for customers through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Apply PointClickCare’s customer success methodology to anticipate customer challenges and deliver solutions.
  • Monitor customer health and develop early warning, turnaround, and save plans for at-risk accounts.
  • Serve as a point of escalation and help manage customer expectations when issues arise.
  • Travel to client locations as required to support customer success.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS/tech company.
  • Experience in Healthcare Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success Management with a focus on enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of sustaining and growing customer relationships.
  • Strong business consulting background and enterprise-level knowledge.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to take initiative in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proven proficiency in data analysis, including interpreting and translating results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce and/or Gainsight (preferred).

Benefits

  • Remote work arrangement.
  • US base salary range of $118,000 to $132,000.
  • Bonus eligibility.
