Description

  • Design, implement, and optimize technology platforms, workflows, and data integrations to align with revenue objectives.
  • Translate vetted requests from the Strategy & Continuous Improvement team into scalable solutions that enhance revenue performance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional alignment across Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps.
  • Champion and implement best practices for forecasting, pipeline management, customer health, and project delivery using tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Kantata, Gong, and Power BI.
  • Develop frameworks, playbooks, and governance models and design holistic enablement plans that integrate technology, process, and people to maximize usability and adoption.
  • Lead change management efforts including training, communication, and feedback loops to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Ensure processes are optimized for efficiency, data integrity, and actionable insights and support accurate reporting and consistent execution.
  • Support major enablement programs, product launches, and training series to improve commercial team performance and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and create effective enablement plans.
  • Basic proficiency in interpreting data and creating actionable insights; familiarity with Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing) and translating business needs into practical solutions.
  • Experience driving adoption of new processes and systems through training, communication, and feedback loops.
  • Some experience with multiple platforms in the stack (Gainsight, Gong, Kantata, Power BI) preferred.
  • Comfort with data flows, integrations, and system architecture concepts (non-coding focus).
  • Ability to connect system and process improvements to revenue growth and organizational goals (preferred).

Benefits

  • US base salary range $117,000–$130,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.
