Description

  • Work with external vendors, field leadership, legal/compliance, and IT to implement and support CRM.
  • Develop training materials and support ongoing CRM training for new field employees after launch.
  • Own the CRM roadmap and coordinate periodic enhancements and system changes with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Collaborate with Celcuity IT to establish help-desk support for CRM and other field technologies.
  • Develop and implement call reporting to track sales force call activity.
  • Integrate CRM with other business systems such as promotional material ordering, speaker bureau, and sunshine reporting.
  • Update CRM with customer targeting changes and support marketing in pulling digital assets into CRM.
  • Launch and support the field credentialing program, including setting up the credentialing office and vendor relationship.
  • Build and manage the vehicle reimbursement program, including policies, rollout, and periodic training.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Sales, and Marketing Operations on field onboarding, territory alignments, sales force sizing, and sponsorship/grant processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of sales operations experience with significant partnership experience supporting a sales team.
  • Knowledge of sales incentive compensation, workforce sizing, territory alignment, and targeting.
  • Solid knowledge of Veeva CRM, including from-scratch implementation and ongoing support.
  • Experience implementing and managing field enablement programs such as fleet/reimbursement and credentialing.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build cross-functional partnerships.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to take a project from development through implementation.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company environment.
