Description

  • Develop insight-driven account plans and pipeline strategies for named high-potential accounts.
  • Use whitespace analysis, events, campaigns, and win/loss insights to improve territory coverage and deal strategy.
  • Build tailored engagement plans across multiple stakeholders, including operational, senior, and executive decision-makers.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities before, during, and after implementation.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations that uncover stated and unstated customer needs and align solutions to key business problems.
  • Facilitate ROI- and outcome-based selling using platform capabilities and value packaging models.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the platform, new product releases, and relevant healthcare policy trends.
  • Structure complex deals using tiered pricing, phased deployments, and value-based packaging while limiting discounting.
  • Navigate legal and procurement discussions, including MSAs and BAAs, to support deal closure.
  • Act as the primary account owner and coordinate a cross-functional team to deliver customer value and support retention.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or care delivery platforms.
  • Proven track record of building high-value relationships and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong understanding of financial and clinical buyer dynamics within healthcare systems, payers, and post-acute care organizations.
  • Experience with objection handling, personalized storytelling, business case development, and collaborative selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, GONG, GONG Engage, Clari, or 360 Insights.
  • Experience navigating legal and procurement processes, including MSAs and BAAs, is preferred.
  • Ability to manage quota-bearing sales performance across bookings, Net Revenue Retention, expansion, and NPS.
  • Knowledge of healthcare policy trends, including CMS and state regulations, is preferred.

Benefits

  • US on-target earnings of $165,000–$180,000, including base salary and commissions.
