Description

  • Create and manage new business opportunity deals with accurate notes and close dates.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients, including decision makers and champions, to drive successful outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Meet or exceed revenue quotas and monthly and quarterly territory forecasts.
  • Maintain a clean, current pipeline of high-velocity and strategic opportunities.
  • Identify, prioritize, and qualify prospects, then drive the sales process through execution.
  • Own territory planning in partnership with the sales development teammate.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, premise visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Source and advance six-figure opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Remote’s platform, services, market, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, Account Management, and Client Success to support the client process and post-sale transition.

Requirements

  • Proven success building key customer relationships and driving client and revenue outcomes.
  • High integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as an active team member.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, including qualification, prospecting, closing, and quota attainment.
  • Experience building senior-level relationships across small to large companies.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple stakeholders’ requirements.
  • Extensive experience as an Account Executive or related SaaS sales experience preferred.
  • Strong problem identification and objection-resolution skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability and willingness to make cold calls to build pipeline.
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus.
  • Remote work experience is not required but is considered a plus.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities.
