Description

  • Own quarterly quota attainment and generate a majority of closed business through self-sourced outbound prospecting.
  • Build and manage disciplined daily pipeline activity through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with brokerage owners, C-suite executives, CMOs, and operations leaders.
  • Run tailored product demonstrations and discovery conversations that uncover brokerage pain points and buying needs.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close strategic deals with real estate brokerages.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, client sites, and networking events to build relationships and pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, stage updates, and weekly forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with BDR, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve lead quality, share market insight, and ensure smooth handoffs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B mid-market sales experience from prospecting through close.
  • PropTech or real estate industry sales experience is required.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota through self-sourced pipeline.
  • Experience selling to brokerage leadership, marketing executives, or real estate professionals.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
  • Strong consultative, solutions-focused sales approach.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Established relationships in the real estate or PropTech ecosystem is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of brokerage challenges around agent recruitment, retention, and marketing technology.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for industry events, client meetings, and conferences.
