Description

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and performance measurement of multi-touch marketing campaigns across events, paid media, web, email, social, and onsite channels.
  • Own agency-of-record strategy, including campaign direction, channel mix, budget management, performance analysis, and agency communication.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Digital Marketers, Content Strategists, and senior business leaders to deliver high-impact marketing programs.
  • Develop audience-centric and derivative content using customer insights and industry knowledge.
  • Lead customer journey improvements by using marketing automation to enhance processes and improve lead-quality visibility.
  • Research and test new marketing approaches to better reach and engage key audiences.
  • Monitor campaign dashboards and reports to drive data-informed optimization and strategic decisions.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-changing environment.
  • Provide regular updates to executive stakeholders on marketing strategy, goals, and campaign performance.
  • Develop account-based marketing strategies and support team growth through training and coaching.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience leading teams or mentoring junior team members.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and identify improvements.
  • Experience with paid and owned channels such as email and onsite marketing.
  • Experience presenting ideas to executive-level stakeholders to gain support for initiatives.
  • Experience with Excel or Salesforce, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Proven success developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs (preferred).
  • Experience in paid search and paid social (preferred).
  • Experience in healthcare technology (preferred).
  • Experience managing large datasets, including customer segments and online campaign metrics (preferred).
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience (preferred).
  • Experience working with marketing agencies for execution (preferred).
  • Anticipated travel of 10%.

  • Canada base hourly range of $54.33 - $60.58, equivalent to $113,000 - $126,000 annually.
