Description

  • Create and implement digital fundraising campaigns in collaboration with the team.
  • Maintain day-to-day client relationships through email, phone, weekly check-ins, and strategy meetings.
  • Serve as project manager for client work, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.
  • Oversee email campaign launches using Luminate, EveryAction, or other client CRMs.
  • Analyze email, web, advertising, and social campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights.
  • Help draft email, social, and web copy for fundraising, advocacy, and engagement campaigns.
  • Prepare agendas, notes, calendars, data reports, campaign plans, and wrap-up reports for clients.
  • Assign, review, and provide feedback and coaching to junior staff on deliverables.
  • Track and manage hours accurately to support team operations.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of digital fundraising experience.
  • At least 1 year managing a small-dollar email fundraising program.
  • Experience supporting the professional development of junior staff or interns.
  • Demonstrated ability to run meetings, define project goals, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Ability to use Excel to crunch numbers and interpret online fundraising metrics.
  • Experience using eCRMs.
  • Understanding of digital email writing best practices.
  • Demonstrated commitment to anti-racism, equity, and inclusion.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Preferred: experience drafting compelling digital direct response copy, agency or consulting firm experience, and knowledge of digital organizing, digital advertising, direct mail, telemarketing, social media, or media relations.
