Description

  • Drive account and segment pipeline and engagement goals through targeted marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Own segment strategy by aligning marketing investment to enterprise revenue targets, pipeline gaps, and regional sales priorities.
  • Plan and deliver regional events and programs in collaboration with Customer Marketing, Demand Events, Growth Marketing, Sales Development, and other teams.
  • Establish and lead regular pipeline inspection cadences with Sales leadership to identify coverage gaps and adjust investments in real time.
  • Create and pilot scalable program templates and playbooks such as executive roundtables, customer days, and summits.
  • Partner with Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, and SDRs to support full-funnel acceleration and field enablement.
  • Manage regional budgets and maintain data integrity in Salesforce and Tableau to track measurable ROI.
  • Foster an inclusive team environment that supports engagement and innovative marketing approaches.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or Integrated Marketing with an enterprise focus.
  • Native or bilingual fluency in French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the French B2B SaaS market, including buyer personas and competitive dynamics.
  • Proven success driving pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue impact in high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of executive-level engagement and messaging for complex buying committees and large enterprise deals.
  • Significant experience using Salesforce and Tableau for pipeline analysis and executive reporting.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, lead cross-functional teams, and build processes from the ground up.
  • B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the UK on an ongoing basis.
