Description

  • Manage and grow customer relationships to ensure clients are realizing value from PointClickCare’s solutions.
  • Own and deliver joint customer success plans aligned to desired business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to customer executive leadership and internal account teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance and a clear path to value for customers.
  • Use PointClickCare’s customer success methodology to anticipate challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Monitor customer health, identify early warning signs, and develop turnaround strategies to reduce churn.
  • Serve as an escalation point for at-risk accounts and help manage customer expectations.
  • Develop save plans for accounts that are at risk of non-renewal or disengagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer success.
  • Travel to client locations as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience in healthcare sales, account management, or customer success management.
  • Experience managing a book of business with a primary focus on enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of sustaining and growing customer relationships.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proven proficiency in data analysis, including interpreting and translating results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience using a CRM tool such as Salesforce and/or Gainsight.
  • Interest in improving care outcomes in acute and long-term post-acute care markets.

Benefits

  • Canadian base salary range of $112,000 to $125,000.
