Description

  • Generate opportunities for new-logo and install-base Account Executives.
  • Use strategic territory planning, account planning, and account cohorting to support pipeline creation.
  • Engage assigned prospects to understand their business, uncover challenges, and set discovery calls with Account Executives.
  • Use the CRM system to track progress, schedule activities, and document prospect and customer information.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify opportunities to increase wallet share within assigned accounts.
  • Contribute to booking and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute account-based campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline from a key account list.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing on targeted campaigns and prospecting efforts.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and build positive early relationships.

Requirements

  • Some experience in entry-level sales.
  • Post-secondary degree or college diploma.
  • Some experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Goal-oriented, driven, positive, and resilient mindset.
  • Passion for sales and interest in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve problems.
  • Willingness to travel to the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office for onboarding, team events, and semi-annual or annual meetings, if remote.
