Description

  • Own the performance and day-to-day operations of Point’s affiliate marketing channel.
  • Drive sustainable growth against key performance targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and onboard new affiliate partners.
  • Lead partner account plans to optimize customer acquisition and increase share of voice.
  • Use market knowledge and data insights to improve reporting, segmentation, deal structures, and pricing.
  • Develop and deliver data-driven channel insights to shape strategy and measure portfolio performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in financial services or platform technology marketing, ideally in affiliate, partnerships, channel marketing, or transactional roles.
  • Track record of progressive ownership over performance outcomes and channel-wide growth.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Deeply analytical and commercially sharp, with the ability to translate data into strategy for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to execute amid ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to define objectives for external stakeholders and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience engaging, managing, and influencing cross-functional and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing plans, resources, and people.
  • Expertise in at least one partner management platform such as Impact or Everflow.
  • Deep understanding of the US housing finance market and seasonal or cyclical performance trends.

  • Competitive base salary of $152,000-$168,000 for Tier 1 locations, $149,150-$164,850 for Tier 2, and $137,750-$152,250 for Tier 3.
