Description

  • Lead and mentor a global team of Partner Solution Architects across the partner ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align partner success with MongoDB’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams on partner engagement and business plans.
  • Equip partners with technical knowledge and resources to support go-to-market success.
  • Advise partners on positioning MongoDB solutions to meet evolving market needs.
  • Work with sales and marketing to identify ecosystem opportunities and drive joint business growth.
  • Oversee co-branded solutions and proposals that support revenue targets and mutual alignment.
  • Resolve partner challenges by providing relevant business and technical solutions.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture focused on growth and mentorship.
  • Represent MongoDB at events and forums and communicate strategic updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, solution architecture, or related roles.
  • 6-8 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience developing and executing partner engagement and success strategies, ideally in technology or cloud environments.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with senior leaders across diverse partner organizations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain both business and technical value.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Commitment to inclusivity and fostering a diverse, equitable team environment.

  • Base salary range of $146,000–$286,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
