Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the performing servicing team supporting Home Equity Investment products.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payoff administration in compliance with regulations and investor guidelines.
  • Manage resolution of customer service inquiries related to loan accounts, payment processing, and account balances.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries to maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement customer service standards, procedures, and written communication templates.
  • Provide oversight and performance feedback to sub-servicers and offshore support teams, including SLA review and coaching.
  • Monitor customer service calls and conduct quality assurance reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain standard operating procedures and servicing performance metrics.
  • Track portfolio performance, servicing health, payoff activity, and customer trends, then report insights to leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, Compliance, and Servicing leadership to improve processes and scale operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, fintech servicing operations, or Home Equity Investment servicing.
  • Strong understanding of servicing operations, including payoff administration, customer account management, and performance reporting.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or supervising customer service or servicing teams, including offshore teams or third-party/sub-servicer relationships.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with HEI products and servicing operations preferred.
  • Experience building dashboards or reports using BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and operational improvement skills preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional relationships preferred.
  • Must reside in one of Point’s states of operation in the U.S. for this remote role.
