Description

  • Design and implement operational frameworks to support the company through major growth phases.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and Web3-specific treasury management across fiat and digital assets.
  • Manage legal operations, including coordination with external counsel and navigation of global regulatory requirements.
  • Build and lead the HR function to attract Web3 talent and sustain a remote-first performance culture.
  • Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable operational roadmaps and ensure cross-functional milestone execution.
  • Support the scaling of internal systems so they remain robust and efficient as the company grows.
  • Lead non-engineering functions spanning operations, finance, legal, and HR.
  • Drive the adoption of automated, scalable workflows over manual processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of senior leadership experience in a COO, VP Ops, or similar role within a high-growth technology company.
  • Direct experience in the Web3 or crypto industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven success managing Finance, Legal, and HR functions.
  • Experience with international entity structuring and global remote hiring.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead a distributed, global team.
  • Experience leading a startup through high-growth periods and organizational maturation.
  • Understanding of decentralized-world operational and legal challenges, including DAO structures and node provider requirements.
  • Ability to move between high-level financial strategy and detailed international employment law discussions.
