Description

  • Design, document, and improve sales, marketing, and customer success processes to improve efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Build dashboards, analyze funnel metrics, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Administer the CRM and other revenue operations tools, ensuring integrations, data hygiene, and system reliability.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and finance to align on goals, metrics, and revenue strategies.
  • Support forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting with data-backed recommendations.
  • Train teams on processes, tools, and best practices while creating documentation for consistency and compliance.
  • Automate processes and resolve data discrepancies to improve operational performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business analytics, preferably in tech, SaaS, cloud, AI, or related sectors.
  • Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, pipeline management, and revenue recognition.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, data modeling, and analytics tools like Excel.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs such as lead conversion rates, CAC, LTV, churn, and sales cycle length.
  • Ability to map, document, and optimize workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present data-driven recommendations.
  • Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to automate processes and align operations with business goals.
  • Certification in Salesforce, HubSpot, or revenue operations (preferred).
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira (preferred).
