Description

  • Serve as a core member of the Go-To-Market leadership team for the Global Partner & Alliance team and the Americas region.
  • Build and maintain the operational frameworks, processes, and reporting infrastructure used to measure partner performance and scale alliance activity.
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison to align sales, marketing, and client experience processes with GTM strategy and best practices.
  • Support Regional Management on pricing, deal structure, and deal and forecast calls when sales leadership is unavailable.
  • Support regional incentive setting and management in coordination with Global Process and Compensation teams.
  • Provide sales operations support including reporting, territory management, headcount and capacity planning, territory design, account and opportunity management, and rules of engagement decisions.
  • Partner with sales leaders to manage forecasting and improve business predictability while tracking pipeline and key KPIs.
  • Monitor sales performance and develop actionable insights from KPI, productivity, and account planning data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new products, sales programs, and regional initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with Finance and other operations teams to improve cross-functional alignment.
  • Leverage CRM and business intelligence data to identify trends, surface opportunities, and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Serve as the regional champion for sales technology and CRM hygiene to drive adoption, data integrity, and process compliance.
  • Support the rollout of new processes, tools, and organizational changes across the region.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a SaaS company in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Support, and/or client-facing roles.
  • Direct experience working with Sales Leadership.
  • Familiarity with modeling in Excel.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude to improve communication, data analysis, prompt engineering, and documentation.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a related field preferred.
  • Up to 10% travel required.

  • Base salary range of $155,000 to $235,000 per year.
  • Discretionary bonus of 15% of annual base salary.
