Description

  • Design, launch, and manage targeted sales programs aligned to Global Sales priorities.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify and prioritize initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and improve sales productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce friction, and improve the efficiency of sales motions and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, P&C, Customer Success, and Enablement.
  • Drive alignment, visibility, and successful program delivery across stakeholders.
  • Measure program performance against KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize impact.
  • Support adoption of new priorities and ways of working through change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture grounded in accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within your functional domain.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales programs, GTM strategy, business operations, sales enablement, or related roles within SaaS or the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and building strong partnerships to drive business outcomes, revenue acceleration, and operational improvement.
  • Strong program and project management skills with experience translating strategic priorities into scalable programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Outcome-oriented, analytical, and adaptable, with a strong bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous, matrixed environment.
  • Experience implementing AI-powered sales enablement tools or leveraging predictive AI analytics to optimize program workflows and GTM strategy execution productivity, preferred.
  • Familiarity with GTM planning, sales process optimization, and change management in large, complex sales organizations, preferred.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to work effectively with senior sales leaders, preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $150,500 to $215,000 USD.
