Description

  • Refine and execute the sales strategy to meet business goals in the territory.
  • Identify, recruit, attain, and manage channel partners and industry thought leaders.
  • Solicit and participate in joint sales calls with partners.
  • Promote marketing programs and participate in or conduct trainings and product demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows and partner/customer events.
  • Establish performance measures and evaluate the effectiveness of channel partners, manufacturers’ reps, and programs.
  • Contribute market intelligence, competitive information, and partner feedback to pricing decisions.
  • Work with outbound marketing to develop and implement channel marketing programs and sales tools.
  • Contribute to the ongoing analysis, refinement, and execution of business strategies.
  • Develop and maintain forecast reporting and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of technology sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of CEDIA or proAV channel management experience required.
  • Prior sales experience with LED or LCD displays strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience with a two-tier distribution model preferred.
  • Track record of success selling and forecasting sales in the territory.
  • Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and D365 required.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com for PC, tablet, and mobile applications preferred.
  • Experience with contemporary productivity and communication tools such as Salesforce Chatter, Teams, and social media preferred.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment required.
  • Up to 50% travel required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
