Description

  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline to expand awareness of Athletes Unlimited and the AUSL in the sponsorship marketplace.
  • Identify, pitch, and close new partnership sales through existing relationships and cold outreach.
  • Develop league-wide assets, programs, and packages that strengthen the value proposition for partners and prospects.
  • Establish and execute sales and new business development strategies and personally lead efforts to develop leads and close deals.
  • Attend and lead sales meetings and help craft sales materials.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on partnership assets and execution.
  • Maintain knowledge of sponsorship industry trends, market activity, and key categories across sports, lifestyle, and entertainment.
  • Track account activity and maintain records in the CRM and other sales reporting tools.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of sales experience with a focus on integrated partnership development.
  • Preference for agency or property/league-level experience in brand partnerships.
  • Experience generating leads and closing deals with national brands or partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, multiple projects, and priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to innovate continuously to support Athletes Unlimited’s position as a leading creative property.
  • Solution-oriented, highly motivated, and proactive self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client interaction and to be on-site at league locations დაახლოებით 25% of the time.

  • Annual base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 plus commission opportunity.
