Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Build relationships with brands to secure long-term partnerships that generate repeat revenue and renewals.
  • Work collaboratively with SDRs, Account Managers, and Customer Success teams to support a smooth sales process.
  • Manage relationships with affiliate networks.
  • Identify and build a target list of brands to approach.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders during the sales and negotiation process.
  • Support client onboarding for mid-enterprise and big-name brands.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and strong CRM hygiene.
  • Hit and exceed sales targets consistently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager bringing on mid-enterprise level brands.
  • Full sales cycle experience, including closing deals.
  • Strong forecasting ability and excellent CRM hygiene; Salesforce experience is required.
  • MEDDIC or MEDPIC experience.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks and understanding how they operate.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling through multi-faceted, longer-term sales cycles that generate ongoing revenue.
  • Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or affiliate sector is highly desirable but not essential.
