Description

  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery calls and proposals through negotiation and closing.
  • Work collaboratively with SDRs, Account Managers, Customer Success, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brands to secure long-term deals and repeat revenue.
  • Build and grow a target list of brands to prospect and pursue.
  • Manage relationships with affiliate networks.
  • Ensure a smooth sales cycle for clients by coordinating with SDRs and Account Managers.
  • Support deal negotiations while striving to close new business.
  • Focus on partnerships that drive renewals and sustained revenue, not only short-term wins.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager bringing on mid-enterprise brands.
  • Full sales cycle experience, including closing deals.
  • Strong forecasting ability and exemplary CRM hygiene, with Salesforce experience.
  • MEDDIC or MEDDPIC experience.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks and understanding how they operate.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling through a multi-faceted approach with longer-term sales cycles that generate recurring revenue.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or affiliate sectors is preferred but not required.
