Description

  • Build a net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting, including calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and demo support through business case development, negotiation, and close.
  • Engage CFOs, COOs, and other C-suite decision-makers in consultative, insight-driven conversations.
  • Maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage through consistent prospecting activity.
  • Collaborate with solution consultants and the implementation team to create a seamless buying experience.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including activity, pipeline stages, and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at NetSuite events, user groups, and industry conferences.
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly new-logo sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of B2B SaaS or ERP sales experience at the AE level, or 5+ years for a Senior AE level.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota on net-new business.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 90-180 days.
  • Strong outbound prospecting habits and a proactive hunter mentality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including comfort presenting to C-suite leaders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience selling or using NetSuite, including ERP, CRM, or financials modules, preferred.
  • NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or Administrator, preferred.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or other structured sales methodologies, preferred.
  • Experience with outbound tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator, preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or professional services verticals, preferred.
  • Prior experience at a NetSuite Solution Provider, VAR, or reseller, preferred.
