Description

  • Use inbound selling strategies to identify and win new business.
  • Partner with Business Development Reps to research prospects and create outreach strategies.
  • Run online demos of HubSpot software and communicate the HubSpot value proposition.
  • Quickly identify customer challenges and recommend the best business solutions.
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota.
  • Nurture relationships with qualified opportunities at small and mid-sized companies.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to evolve the sales strategy as new features and products are introduced.
  • Contribute ideas and perspective to help shape HubSpot's mission and growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English and at least one language from the CEE territory.
  • Czech, Polish, Hungarian, Romanian, Russian, or Greek is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong prospecting skills.
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Track record of being a high performer, such as over quota or President's Club recognition.
  • Strong goal focus and a clear approach to achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, time management, and adaptability for remote work.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, scale-up environment is preferred.
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry.
  • Humility and enthusiasm in the way you work.

  • Annual cash compensation range of €110,896 to €129,724 EUR.
